1. How do you usually work with clients?
I work with clients through one on one sessions via zoom.. This is a highly customised program where I guide clients through a step by step blueprint to help them overcome insomnia and greatly improve their sleep habits. Clients will be transformed from poor sleepers to habitually great sleepers with my holistic program that combines CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and the signature ISS (Intuitive Sleep Solutions) that is designed to work in conjunction with a client’s schedule, lifestyle and habits.

3. Who is Melissa Azul?
After years of suffering from jetlag and insomnia I spent the better part of a decade researching various consumer trends, clinical studies, treatments and products relating to sleep. Without finding any lasting solution to my insomnia, I decided to study sleep science and become certified as a Sleep Coach, CBT-I and NLP Practitioner.
Combining methods in neuroscience and behavioural science I came up with a signature program to help clients achieve their best sleep by using a holistic method tailor made for their individual needs.
I ensure I am up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the sleep industry by interviewing experts in related fields of medicine and wellness. These interviews, tutorials and sleep resources can be found on my YOU TUBE channel and Podcast both entitled “Sleep Well Around the World.”
I have worked with various companies including International Airlines to address employee issues with Circadian Rhythm imbalances and occupational challenges.
